We’re doing everything we can to keep your stay as Covid secure as possible and we understand that some people may need more support than others at this time. If there’s extra help you need or a specific concern, please just ask and we will do our utmost to adapt wherever we can.
Making use of our experience in hospitality and healthcare we’ve implemented strict cleaning regimes, extra linen processes, one way systems with sanitiser available (and a stock for you to buy if you come without or run out), a table rather than buffet breakfast service or breakfast in your room if you prefer, remote communication with the team so you won’t have to come looking for us and completely contactless check-in and departures if requested. This is in addition to all the normal cleaning and standard personal protection measures we are using. We will do our best to continue to offer the personal service we would like you to experience, while remaining socially distanced.
Please use common sense and stay at home if you are unwell or have symptoms of the Coronavirus; if you develop symptoms while you are here, isolate yourself, contact the team and we will assist you.
Please observe social distancing and be patient if we have to ask you to wait while we attend everyone in turn. Keep your hands clean by washing with soap and water when there is opportunity to do so and use hand sanitiser on entry to Woodlands House. Please wear your mask inside the main house unless you are seated to eat or drink.
