We’re doing everything we can to keep your stay as Covid secure as possible and we understand that some people may need more support than others at this time. If there’s extra help you need or a specific concern, please just ask and we will do our utmost to adapt wherever we can.
Making use of our experience in hospitality and healthcare we’ve implemented strict cleaning regimes, extra linen processes, a table rather than buffet breakfast service or breakfast in your room if you prefer, remote communication with the team so you won’t have to come looking for us and completely contactless check-in and departures if requested. This is in addition to all the normal cleaning and standard personal protection measures we are using. We will do our best to continue to offer the personal service we would like you to experience.
