Home made with fresh basil. and very tasty

Three small tartlets, each containing a different filling
and placed upon a bed of lettuce.

Just tossed in seasoned flour and fried.
Served with a slice of lemon.

Orange-glazed Duck Breast
Roast duck breast glazed with a port,
orange and marmalade sauce

Sole Veronique
Fillet of sole in the traditional white wine and green grape Veronique sauce.

Chick Pea Casserole.
Chick peas casseroled with tomatoes, shredded cabbage,
pepper and ginger.

All main courses are served with potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables, locally grown wherever possible.
